ACCOMMODATIONS
AT AMELIA ISLAND PLANTATION
We have reserved
four types of accommodations to meet your individual needs:
- Ocean
View Room: Ocean view hotel room with one king or two queen beds
and a private balcony or patio overlooking the ocean, at the Inn* or
Sandcastles* – Rate: $169.
- Ocean
View 1 Bedroom: Ocean view condominium with one king or two queen
beds, a separate living/dining room, full kitchen and a private
balcony or patio overlooking the ocean, at Sandcastles* – Rate:
$206.
- Resort
View Room*: Hotel room located within the interior of the resort
with two queen beds and a private balcony or patio – Rate: $149.
- Resort
View 1 Bedroom*: Villa located within the interior of the resort
with one king bed, separate living/dining room, full kitchen and a
private balcony or patio – Rate: $159.
In addition to the
listed rates, there is a resort fee
of $8.00, per person (16 years and older), per night, which includes:
housekeeping gratuities, transportation driver gratuities, unlimited
on-property shuttle transportation, self parking, unlimited use of health
& fitness center, 1 hour of tennis court usage, 1 bucket of range
balls, and in-room coffee service.
Rates do not include tax (currently 9%).

At the time of reservation, a 2-night deposit will be
required to confirm the reservation.
This deposit will be applied to the first and last nights of stay.
Deposits are refundable only if reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
*The Inn
is adjacent to the Conference Center.
*Sandcastles
is a 5-minute walk to the Conference Center.
*Resort View
accommodations are a 15-minute walk through tranquil wooded areas to
the Conference Center. Alternatively,
delegates can drive (parking is free) or take the complimentary shuttle
which makes the trip at 10-15 minute intervals.
