Group Registration Fees:

US$ 1495 each - 4 or more
US$ 1395 each - 6 or more
US$ 1295 each - 10 or more

Terms:
Registration is for one person only for the week. Substitutions
can only be made before the conference begins--no
substitutions of new delegates are allowed during the
conference.
No cancellations will be refunded after September 28, 2007 for
any reason--cancellations which affect the category of discount
rate will be adjusted at the time of refund.
* Payment must be received,
or arrangements must be made, before attending the conference.
